We are committed to your success and hope you find the following tips related to one of SIA’s 7 goals helpful: SIA Goal #2 – Establish an Effective Leadership Team

  • Assign specific roles to your SIA team, i.e. President, Treasurer, Publicity Manager or Media Consultant, Data Analyst, School Board Liaison, Historian, Tech Support, Fundraising Expert
  • Start a “History Manual” – a journal of all occurrences in the past SIA year, including notes from officers- include notes on what worked or didn’t work, best ideas and practices – to build on for the next year

Share with us what your team’s been doing over the summer by posting it to our Bay Area SIA Facebook Group or tag us on Twitter or Instagram: @BayAreaJAF
