Welcome Leesburg High School to Students In Action!

Leesburg High School in Leesburg, Florida has joined the Central Florida Jefferson Awards Students In Action program this year! The SIA program is being run out of the school’s National Honor Society, which is moderated by Faculty Advisor Tessa Clark. Six members of the Leesburg NHS team attended the Fall Leadership Conference held at the Brevard Public Schools in early October. The team took part in several workshops aimed to sharpen their leadership, problem solving and communication skills while preparing them for active contributing roles in their community.

Thanks to the University of Central Florida Lead Scholars for facilitating the Central Florida Fall Leadership Conference in October. The Lead Scholars team was lead by the President Amelia Gallo.
